My name is Nataliia Isaieva. Im from Ukraine.I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist working in the method of Transactional Analysis (TA).I have been studying, developing, and practicing TA for more than 17 years — and I intend to continue doing so with passion and dedication.My main areas of work include:● Psychotherapy● Professional training in Transactional Analysis● Individual and group supervision in line with international TA standards● Client practice, therapeutic groups, and therapeutic marathonsAdditional area of expertise:● Transactional Analysis in Organizations● Organizer of international training projects in TA

● Founder and Head of the School of Emotional LiteracySince 2012, I have been leading trainings and courses in Emotional Literacy — based on the classic approach of Claude Steiner and enriched with contemporary developments in Transactional Analysis (TA). I also conduct Train-the-Trainer programs for those who wish to teach the Emotional Literacy Training themselves.
● Therapeutic Practicum: Life Script and the “Body Script” MarathonMy passion in TA is the exploration of Life Script as an unconscious life plan. One of my proudest contributions is the development of the method “Exploring the Life Script through a Favorite Childhood Fairy Tale”. I am also a co-author of the therapeutic practicum “Body Script: Exploring the Script through a Favorite Childhood Fairy Tale”. I regularly facilitate therapeutic practicums on script exploration, and together with Kateryna Bulgakova I co-lead the Body Script Marathon in TA.
● International School of Redecision (with Tony White)Together with Tony White, I co-founded the International School of Redecision, a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) program designed for TA therapists. It provides advanced TA training hours with certification, combining both theory and practice of the modern Redecision School. Since 2021, I have been a co-trainer and supervisor in the International School of Redecision.
